Job Description:
A company is looking for a New Ventures Lead to guide the
early-stage venture building process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct extensive customer discovery and market research to
identify pain points and market gaps
Develop and iterate early-stage business models and value
propositions through experimentation
Collaborate with diverse teams to drive informed decision-making
and iterate on venture concepts
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably in
early-stage startups or venture studios
Experience in steering product development in dynamic
environments
Proven ability to conduct early-stage customer discovery and market
research
Track record of balancing creativity with practical execution in
product design
Open-mindedness and humility, with a willingness to seek feedback
and pivot when necessary
