Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Support - Principal Engineer
to provide 24x7 upgrade support for cloud and hosted solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted
web-based applications
Manage operations and stability of environments while driving
incidents to resolution during upgrades
Implement and monitor solution deployments, technical testing, and
incident investigations
Required Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux
(RHEL)
Knowledge of web technologies such as JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache
HTTP Server
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS and
automation/container management tools
Familiarity with relational database systems such as MySQL and
Oracle
Working knowledge of networking systems, protocols, and storage
management solutions
