Body Shop Technician What You Need to Qualify: Hold a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to repair vehicle bodies and straighten vehicle frames. Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment. Able to remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torches. Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications. Can properly fill depressions with body filler and ensure a quality repair. Good organizational and communication skills. Complete high-quality work.
