Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to market hospital services and establish relationships with hospitals, physicians, and families. Make a difference in someone's life by joining Desert Winds Hospital, a new behavioral health hospital.Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

• Manage the Hospital's inquiry and admission process.
• Provide patrons with Hospital related information via Hospital tours and personal visits/assessments.
• Conduct sales and marketing visits to hospitals, attend community events.
• Devise and implement an effective marketing strategy to build positive community relations and an extended customer base in order to enhance market share of referrals.
• Must have working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurances, and Managed Process.Director of Business Development Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a psychiatric hospital or residential treatment center preferred.Additional Requirements:Timely renewal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for healthcare professional's certification, annual professional skills verification, and CPI certification.
