This role manages the workflow for multiple accounts from inception through completion and invoicing, providing estimates and project plans, and effectively communicating the status of project progress.Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact between sales, clients, and the internal team.
  • Manage workflow for multiple accounts from inception through completion and invoicing.
  • Provide estimates and project plans, including timelines for design, production, installation, and/or delivery.
  • Communicate project progress to the sales team and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships, identify future needs, and capitalize on sales opportunities.Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimeLocation: Exploring Graphic Las VegasPosition RequirementsQualifications:
    • Strong customer service and account management skills.
    • Preferred background in creative services, digital printing, and large format printing.
    • Ability to respond quickly to requests from customers and the sales team.
    • Accurately enter and maintain records of estimates and processed orders, ensuring complete and accurate customer information, product, price, quantity, and delivery details.
    • Proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and negotiating.
    • Team player with a positive attitude towards co-workers and customers.
    • Ability to follow established departmental procedures.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as dictated by workload.
    • Open to constructive criticism from management.
    • Estimating skills preferred but not required.
    • Support other Account Managers as necessary.
    • Follow the chain of command when resolving internal production and departmental challenges.
    • Deliver high-level customer service consistent with project requirements and performance standards.Essential Skills and Abilities:

        • Experience in creative services, graphics, and printing.
        • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education strongly preferred.
        • Minimum of five to six years of experience in account management, customer service, design, or sales in the printing industry.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn industry-specific software programs.Work Environment:
          • The work environment is primarily an office setting with occasional visits to production areas.
          • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
          • The role may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend events.Physical Demands:
            • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
            • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
            • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
