Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and diversely skilled Project Manager who has proven experience leading design and fabrication projects and multifunctional teams. Our core clientele includes professional sports teams, gamification innovators, and other entertainment groups focused on immersive experiential and environmental attractions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in complex project management in a design and fabrication environment. Candidates must help cultivate relationships with clients to run their own book of business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative

• 
  
• Determine potential risks daily while devising proactive ways to solve them for complex, custom projects and prioritize effectively.
  
• Integrate with all process tools to include Slack and Asana to manage project flows.
  
• Complete accurate project estimates by working with the design and production teams to stay within budgets.
  
  Client Management
  
  • 
    
  • Conduct potential lead intake as necessary for new/existing client prospects.
    
  • Conduct detailed Discovery with clients to get an accurate understanding of project requirements and other pertinent information.
    
  • Manage key clients as assigned and recruit new clients to support company sales goals.
    
    Production
    
    • 
      
    • Develop and maintain production life-cycles for projects.
      
    • Work directly with the design and production teams to create estimates based on materials, vendor hours, and overall project scope.
      
    • Manage onsite installs as assigned to include staff, vendor, and client management.
      
      Maintenance
      
      • 
        
      • Conduct monthly inventory with the Production team of all tools, equipment, supplies, and stored activations as necessary.
        
      • Coordinate build set-up and staging with production teams internally and for clients.
        
        Skills and Experience:
        
        • 
          
        • Bachelor's degree in business management, architectural design, construction management, or related field preferred.
          
        • Three years experience in customer service management.
          
        • Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them for complex, custom projects.
          
        • Excellent in building rapport with key clients and stakeholders.
          
          Job Type: Full-time
          Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
