Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experience PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for a growing manufacturing organization. Production scheduling, quality policy and supervisory experience will be keys to success in this golden opportunity.

As a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising a team of 10-15 manufacturing floor employees.

- Ensuring all safety training is implemented and safety measures are met.

- Working with the engineering department to ensure product is scheduled and produced on time..

- Working with purchasing to track material and supply counts.

- Working with sales/marketing to advise of on-hand product availability for customers.

The ideal PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR will have the following:

- Minimum of 5 years manufacturing environment experience, 2 years in a supervisor capacity.

- Ability to schedule production and forecast.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Great interpersonal/leadership ability.
