Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing and
Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels to
drive lead generation and customer retention
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine segmentation
strategies and develop targeted marketing tactics
Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing actionable
insights for strategy refinement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation,
preferably in a B2B setting
Strong project management and organizational skills for executing
complex marketing projects
Deep understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
