Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager III to
oversee the client implementation process and ensure a positive
client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan implementation processes with internal and
external stakeholders
Develop project specifications and timelines for enterprise and
complex implementations
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the implementation
process and drive project success
Required Qualifications
8 years of client service experience in the benefits industry
5 years of project management experience with special projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Direct client-facing experience in implementation/project
management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
