URGENT - Will Relocate for this position

The director will be hands on in the venue working also as the GM
until can back out to full Director position. Must have fine dining
and Top Japanese restaurant experience (Example - Nobu)
Direct Operations for the Las Vegas venue and preparing for growth
ahead of the brand, establishing training, operational standards,
team building, sales growth, etc...
Build the business and build the management team to develop
team.
MUST have Japanese cuisine experience leading large scale
operations in a fine dining environment.
You will be opening new restaurants as well.
Must have high volume restaurant experience
Salary plus discretionary bonus
Local a plus, will relocate for right person
Onsite only
