A company is looking for a Regional Director, Managed Care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fee-for-service and value-based contracting
strategies
Negotiate and manage payer agreements to achieve organizational
objectives
Lead and develop a team of managed care professionals across
multiple geographies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Business or Healthcare
Administration preferred
12+ years of professional experience in managed care or healthcare
administration
4+ years of management experience
Experience in contract negotiations and value-based care
Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and payer
relations
