The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will report directly to the Emergency Department Director and Stroke Program Medical Director. The Manager will be supported by a Nurse Supervisor within the department who will assist in scheduling and ensuring patient satisfaction. Several Charge Nurses will also be within the department to assist with any departmental needs. The Manager will have the opportunity to form interdepartmental relations with other department leaders and staff in order to ensure smooth patient care and transfers to other units.
