Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Care Coordinator to
support pharmacy operations and provider objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support a team of pharmacy care coordinators and assist in
operational objectives
Facilitate prior authorizations and maintain daily reports
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between
operations and sales
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of customer service
experience
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of pharmacy-related experience
Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License or ability to
obtain
Prior Authorization experience preferred
