--- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
--- TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)
--- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
--- Must have reliable transportation------
--- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
--- Continuing Education as required by state
