  Qualifications:Education Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution. Experience Minimum of two years (2) required experience, preferably in a hospital setting. A residency in the field of specialty is desired. Technical Skills Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features. Microsoft Office and knowledge of hospital information system. License/Certification Current Pharmacist License in the State of Nevada Other A pharmacy residency and/or board certification is desirable.
