Always Better Care is pleased to announce a part time Physical Therapist position out of our Laughlin, NV office. Our Physical Therapist will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to $78-$85 per visit as well as an additional $10 an hour for drive time. This position will be a Home Health opportunity servicing the Las Vegas, NV area. Always Better Care is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all of our patients.

We are looking for a detail oriented, dedicated, and committed PT for our patients. Through our staff of skilled and compassionate people, it is our mission to provide quality, individualized services which strengthen the independent lifestyle and promote dignity of the elderly and disabled in their own place of residence. Our Physical Therapist would be an integral part of our team.

Our PT will be responsible for the following:
* Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
* Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
* Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
* Helps patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary.
* Evaluates and records patient's progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required.
* Evaluates the use and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and observing patient's progress; and recommending adjustments and modifications.
* Documents patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
* Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
* Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face.

Our Physical Therapist must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record and valid driver's license, a current auto insurance policy, and a Nevada PT license. Our Physical Therapist will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to $78-$85 per visit.
