By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE: $12 per hour plus tipsTHE DAY TO DAY:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
• Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessaryTHE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Ability to work varied shifts (mostly swing and graveyard), to include weekends and holidays.
  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a service-related positions.
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License.
  • Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience.
  • Has prior experience in a professional role as a driver.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
