17.00 / HourShift: Grave: 0800 to 0800: Saturday to Wednesday.Work

- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- That you can professionally answer all phones that come through
the Site.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity
at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You're good with reading and writing detailed reports,
especially on rude guests or residents.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures,
regulations, and standards.
- You conduct regular vehicle patrols in a safe manner.
- You provide critical access control on behalf of community
members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using
computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.Your
background:
- You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED);
Must have documentation!
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening
process.
- If you have 2 years Security, Military, Law Enforcement
experience, even better!
- You have a current PILB on hand.
- You have a valid DL and clean driving record.
- You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your
shift.
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, or sit throughout
your shift.
- You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- You have strong work ethic!
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized. If you want a real
