  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • You conduct regular vehicle patrols in a safe manner.
  • You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.Your background:
    • You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED); Must have documentation!
    • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
    • If you have 2 years Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, even better!
    • You have a current PILB on hand.
    • You have a valid DL and clean driving record.
    • You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
    • Have the physical ability to stand, walk, or sit throughout your shift.
    • You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
    • You have strong work ethic!
