As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional service, crafting drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. Your welcoming smile and dedication to quality will set the stage for unforgettable moments.THE STARTING RATE:$17.7987 plus tipsTHE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar
• Accurately ring up orders, handle cash, and complete end-of-shift cash-outs for servers, adhering to all variance procedures
• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in barTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Prior experience in a high-volume environment as a bartender
  • Possess a current Union Pour Card
  • In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience
  • Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally
