What Should You Know?

* The Customer Service position will be an active member of our Business Credit team, contributing to company culture and driving the goals of the organization
* This position works directly with the Credit Manager focusing on aggressive growth and opportunity

What Responsibilities Will You Have?

* Guide and support clients in establishing and building their business credit.
* Analyze and accurately input data crucial to the development of a strong credit profile.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members across various channels.
* Provide business startup consultations focused on business credit to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and client interactions.
* Deliver outstanding customer service while advising clients on strategies to grow their businesses.
* Conduct outbound and inbound consultative calls, engaging with clients for approximately six hours per day.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
* Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues as they arise.
* Support special projects as needed and assigned

Job Requirements

* 2+ years of call center or consultative experience.
* 1+ year of data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
* 1+ year of experience using CRM or Salesforce systems.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* A positive and customer-focused mindset with a natural drive to help others.
* Results-driven and self-motivated to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently.
* Reliable attendance, available onsite Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
* High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):

* $18 to $20 dollars an hour
* Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
