Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an energetic, efficient and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Environmental StoneWorks team.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in customer service and accounts receivable. Previous experience in the building products, construction/sub-contract services or related industries is desirable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinating flow of paper from order entry invoices
* Liaison between warehouse, customers, and office personnel
* Account and Pricing Set Up
* Inside Sales
* Accounts Receivable
* Tracking Shipments
* Contacting customers for correct shipping information
* Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

* Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with customers and co-workers and works to maintain constructive working relationships
* Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, management, colleagues inside and outside the Company
* Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner
* Strong time management and problem solving skills
* Must be organized, detail oriented, accurate
* Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
* Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
* Ability to communicate in Spanish is a MUST
* High School Diploma or Equivalent

The US pay for this full-time position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
