Job Description:
A company is looking for an IP Paralegal (Patent Paralegal) with
Mergers & Acquisitions experience for a 3-6 month contract
position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with due diligence reviews related to M&A, focusing on
patents and IP rights
Organize and maintain patent portfolios, including filings and
prosecution
Review and summarize IP-related agreements and collaborate with
legal teams during M&A transactions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IP or Patent Paralegal,
specifically in M&A
Strong understanding of patent prosecution, filings, and IP asset
management
Knowledge of M&A processes and IP-related due diligence
management
Proficiency with IP management software and docketing systems
Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm specializing
in IP or M&A transactions is preferred
