- Integrate GardaWorld's core values into all business
practices.
- Supervise day-to-day security services, ensuring the highest
standards are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing staffing schedules,
payroll, and reports.
- Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with clients and
employees, serving as the liaison between GardaWorld and our
clients.
- Aid in the selection, orientation, training, and development of
staff.
- Promote a zero-incident safety culture and manage robust safety
programs.
- Regularly review security officer schedules to enhance
operations and reduce costs.
- Respond to operational emergencies with timely communication
and accurate reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned
site.
- Control access by screening guests, employees, vendors, and
others.
- Conduct security patrols of the facility by foot, car, or golf
cart.
- Issue appropriate badges to personnel.
- Write detailed reports and enforce client procedures and
regulations.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment according to procedures.
- Obtain CPR/AED certification within two weeks of offer if not

- Employee EngagementSupervisory Responsibility:This position
supervises shift supervisors and security officers.Work
Environment:Active role with varied site-specific environments,
involving significant walking and interaction. Routine use of
standard office equipment is expected. Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Must be able to lift or move office products and supplies up to
20 pounds.
- Involves using hands for handling tools and controls, reaching
with arms, and climbing stairs. QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass a thorough screening process.
- Professional demeanor and reliability.
- Valid PILB certification required.
- Strong work ethic and a minimum age of 21 (per legal
requirements).
- U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in security as a
Shift Lead.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, complex
environment.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and exhibits a sense of urgency.
- Stable work history with excellent communication skills.
- Acts with integrity and demonstrates resilience and
adaptability.
- Competitive spirit with the ability to build relationships at
all levels.
