Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Emergency Response Associate
to provide support to elderly and medically-at-risk
individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and triage assistance needs according to
established protocols
Ensure professional and caring customer interactions while updating
Subscriber data accurately
Troubleshoot maintenance alarms and home communicator issues to
maintain service functionality
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center or customer service experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
Compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk
individuals
Satisfactory background check and CORI check
