Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Configuration and Support
Analyst to manage and optimize their SaaS Revenue Cycle Management
application.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage settings in the SaaS RCM application
Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues
Document customer interactions and maintain support
documentation
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's
degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in RCM software configuration and
support
Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management solutions
Preferred experience with Rescuenet billing software
Experience with SaaS Helpdesk software preferred
