Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager specializing
in instructional design and course development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative sales training programs, including
eLearning and instructor-led sessions
Maintain a comprehensive sales enablement content library and
collaborate with subject matter experts
Measure and analyze training effectiveness, providing coaching and
support to sales teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design,
or corporate training in a B2B environment
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and learning management
systems
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Project management skills with a track record of timely project
delivery
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or
certifications are a plus
