door-to-door solar sales program. No prior experience is
required-just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the

What You'll Do:
--- Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate
them on the benefits of solar energy.
--- Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts.
--- Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through
the solar conversion process.
--- Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales
techniques and industry knowledge.
--- Meet and exceed performance goals in a competitive yet
supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
--- Work within your specific geography to find new business
opportunities
--- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as
possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
--- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can
access current information on all leads
--- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
--- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following
up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of
communication
Qualifications:
--- Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by
car
--- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
--- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a
sales position or related field
--- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well
as interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
