and proactive Sales Administrator to help streamline sales
operations and provide critical data insights to support our sales
team.

Position Overview
The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the sales
team operates efficiently by maintaining accurate data, tracking
lead performance, and executing current and development of
reporting needs. This role is responsible for creating and with key
sales metrics, analyzing trends, and ensuring data integrity
through Excel or other reporting software like PowerBi & Tableau.
The Sales Administrator will work closely with the sales team and
leadership to improve processes and support day-to-day sales
operations.
Responsibilities:
--- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
--- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by
participating in training opportunities
--- Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or
travel
--- Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to
raise our visibility in the community
--- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for
customer data filing systems
Data Management & Reporting
--- Create, update, and maintain reports to track lead performance,
conversion rates, and other key sales metrics.
--- Analyze sales data and generate reports for sales managers to
identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
--- Ensure all sales data is accurate, consistent, and up to
date.
--- Work with CRM tools to pull reports and validate data
accuracy.
Sales Team Support
--- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure
smooth operations.
--- Provide data-driven insights to help optimize sales
strategies.
--- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead data
is properly tracked and utilized.
Process Improvement & Coordination
--- Identify inefficiencies in current sales tracking and reporting
methods and recommend improvements.
--- Help develop standardized reporting templates for easy data
visualization.
Qualifications:
--- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written
communication
--- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
--- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick
front-desk experience for customers
--- Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
--- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
--- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales admin, or
data-focused role.
--- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Pivot
Tables, VLOOKUP, Excel formulas, data visualization & meaning).
--- Experience with CRM platforms (Keap, Cheetah, or similar) is a
plus.
--- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
--- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to provide
actionable insights.
