- Job Description: Rehabilitation Therapy position at Reliant-Pahrump Health & Rehabilitation Center.
- New Grad candidates are acceptable.
- SNF Experience preferred.
  - Job Requirements
  - State License Verification required.
  - Resume and references (3) needed.
  - Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.
  - Rehab Optima Experience preferred.
  - Criminal background checks (County, Federal, Multi-State, Nationwide Sex Offender) for the last 7 years.
  - HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace required.
  - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray required.
  - CPR certification required (in-person for Fundamental and Haven Facilities).
  - Negative Drug Screen Results required.
  - Physical examination required.
  - 8 Hours of Dementia Training required.
